Since twenty-first Century, China’s economic has rapid development, people living standard and income rises ceaselessly, the requirements of housing conditions is increasingly high, at the same time, under the call of our country’s all-round construction of well-off society, Our city rural and area lifted a climax of construction projects, many developers have invested in building construction, to meet the people’s housing demand, real estate area is bigger and bigger, on the one hand, accelerates our country urbanely construction, on the other hand also has brought great difficulties in the property management. This thesis sets from the china’s real estate development, takes one of the estates in Ji’nan as a research object, developed estate integrated information management system.This thesis does the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the real estate construction, sales and after sale service, and then describes the system requirements analysis, system development and testing in detail. Firstly, the domestic and foreign development system status and system implementation is introduced, the property management system to solve the main problems were analyzed briefly, the main problems of property management system to solve is analyzed briefly, main contents of this thesis and organizational structure are described, namely introduces the brief meaning of this paper, Secondly, does the comprehensive research of the real estate construction, sale and after sale service, takes a real estate in Ji’nan as the research object, combines with the relevant historical data, does the requirement acquisition of the role and function the system related, describes the system function design using usecase diagram. Thirdly, according to the requirement acquisition and analysis, does the comprehensive functional design of the building construction, sales, customer service service, and the database of the system is also designed, part of the sheet structure is introduced in detail. Finally, the system implementation process are introduced, introduces the main function of the system using the interfaces, after the completion of system development, the system is fully tested, and eventually completes construction projects, sales and after sale service management system development process.The successful development of the system basically meets the needs of the real estate developers, gets the property management staffs out of the heavy work, improves the property management work efficiency, and provides important reference for the developers to make the development plan.
