In this paper, the new media environment, the image of power supply enterprise risk management as the research object, the combination of theory and practical examples, provide focus for the image of power ideas and methods to resolve the crisis, for the exploration of the power supply continues to shape the corporate image reference.Mainly by the national power supply company National Grid Corporation and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. composition. As related to national energy security and national economy of the state-owned key enterprises, power grid construction and operation of enterprises as the core business, commitment to the protection of security, economic, clean and sustainable electricity supply in the basic mission. In business activities, a variety of organizations, between individuals, organizations and different orientation between the interests of the individual, the inevitable conflicts of interest follow. When these conflicts to a certain degree of development and corporate reputation, business operations and internal management and negative impacts caused by strong pressure, it will evolve into a business crisis. Charged with the important mission of the power companies also have a natural monopoly properties vulnerable to changes in national policy, internal reforms, mismanagement, massive power outages, service defects and other reasons, induced by media hype and public attention, not only destroyed years of painstaking efforts of the corporate image, affect the established development strategies, and even affect the local government investment and social peace and stability.
