In recent years, the man-made and natural disasters caused by the frequent occurrence of the crisis, as a 21st century economy and society of the most basic economic cell - enterprises are also faced with more and more severe test of survival. The frequency crisis make the enterprise managers into a deeper level consideration, as well as industry and academia to explore the provision of a more worthy topic. How to effective management of the corporate crises has become an unavoidable problem in enterprise operating. In addition, because of our mass media in the current unlimited time developed to the primary purpose of the mass of the mass media, because of nowadays we are in the mass media an unlimited developed time, its the primary purpose is the mass communication. And it has played an increasingly important role in the enterprise crisis. Whatever the reasons for the crisis caused by enterprises are difficult to escape the attention of mass media. At one of the mass media not only played a role difficult to ignore, and sometimes even become a business deal with a key factor in the crisis.Enterprise management is often exist a reality is that enterprise managers as well as the lack of mass media awareness and the nature of mass communication. In the management of the media to take the wrong or careless disposal of a scientific approach, and the end of the management are the reverse effect which enterprise managers are not happy to see. In this paper, the perspective of mass communication study to analyze the corporate media in crisis management. And the author's study is integrated use the enterprise management, crisis management study and the relevance of mass communication theory, through the analysis of the different roles which the media played in the different stages of the crisis to find out more specific comparative approach in the crisis management. At the final of the text, the author give a few advices in general principles when the enterprise deal with the media should be followed.In this paper, the author have integrated use of theoretical analysis and case analysis, and use the American scholars Stephen Funk in the study of crisis communication by the medical term "life cycle" model proposed by the theory for the theoretical foundation stage to discuss the crisis in the medium enterprise management. Full text is divided into four parts, first part is a description of the crisis theory.; The second part is the crisis management and media; The third part, the focus of this paper are part of the Media Management; Part IV is to tell us what the general principles should be followed in the media management by the enterprises.China's corporate crisis management is always customary from the point of view of business management and ignores the fact that an important proportion of the media management. The aim of this paper is hoped that through research the subject of media crisis management, it could play a little point of reference management business focused on the importance of the role of the media.
