With stringent emissions regulations increasingly, people's demand for differentiated vehicles, as well as the great development of electronic control technology, automotive electronic controllers used on more and more. The use of existing electronic controller V-type development process can ensure product quality, meanwhile, greatly improved the efficiency of development. However, due to V-type development model requires a large number of testing, so the speed of development process have severely constrained. According to EMS companies demand for automatic test systems during the actual development, based on LabCarXT hardware in the loop simulation system,we built EMS software platform for automated testing, focusing on EMS software automatic testing requirements,and automatic test platform to build process, real-time simulation GEVM model, automatic test development process, were studied and the design.It's a computer simulation test system for EMS testing, based on LabCarXT hardware in the loop simulation platform. PC is the man-machine interface, it is the center of device control and data acquisition. By configuring the test software, hardware and real-time GEVM simulation model, we can establish of EMS controller software testing environment. LabCar Automation provide a unified structure to test equipment and test software and hardware interface, and the test program call different functions of the port. The tester may be based on EMS software testing requirements, through a variety of resources on the system configuration through. NET build environment to automate testing of the test preparation assembly, to drive test software and test equipment in the hardware in the loop simulation environment to run, so to achieve real-time hardware EMS in the loop simulation environment, automated testing of the entire process of implementation, while the data recorded during the test and output test results.Paper combines the technical features of EMS, the first automatic test system from the structure and the structures were discussed, and then focus on the real-time vehicle simulation model was developed to meet the requirements of OBD functional test capability with the oxygen sensor fault simulation models and can be reflect the three-way catalytic converter oxygen storage capacity of the model, and then use to build the EMS Software Automatic Testing System for an EMS company in the EMS development process to test aspects of the problem encountered in testing a preliminary automated testing and validation, implementation of each of the EMS development process stage of development of automatic test content. We can know that the hardware in loop and real-time a simulation test system can meet the requirements of automated testing, greatly improve the EMS development efficiency. It's a great significance for the development of electronic control system product that LabCarXT hardware in the loop EMS software automatic testing system for the successfully applied to electronic control of engine of technological.
