With the development of science and technology,electronic products have occupied an important position in various fields.Since the design of circuit board which is an important part of electronic products is increasingly complex and the production scale is expanding,circuit board detection technology is facing more challenge and higher requirements.In order to develop a high-precision,high-automatic circuit board detection system,this paper studies the defects on performance and function of each subsystem of the current platform and gives optimized solutions.The main work includes:1?Introduce the overall framework and workflow of the automatic testing system of circuit board.Then give a detailed description about its three main modules: measuring point positioning system,motion control system and TPS software platform.Finally,summarize the problems and optimal directions of the current platform.2?Introduce the linear interpolation motion control algorithm to the motion of the probe in the X and Y axis planes for the problem of the reduction of test efficiency.Study the pointby-point comparison method and the minimum deviation method with the optimization of the deviation calculation.Verify the effectiveness of the algorithm which achieves X and Y axis linkage and improves test efficiency through examples.3?Propose a PCB solder joint identification method combining template matching and coordinate transformation for the problem that the circuit board needs to be manually hooked before the test,which leads to the inaccurate positioning of the measuring point positioning system.Study the applicability of NCC template matching algorithm in PCB MARK points identification and the validity of minimum quadratic method and decoupling algorithm in coordinate transformation of the PCB standard image and software design image.Then apply the algorithm to the actual circuit board to verify the accuracy of the algorithm.Not only does this method eliminate the need for manual hooking,but it also provides a reliable conversion benchmark for the point positioning system which improves the test efficiency and the automation level of the system.4?Study the application of traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm in path planning problem during PCB solder joint inspection.Improve the performance of traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm by increasing inertia weight and heuristic factor strategy.Verify the effectiveness of the algorithm by examples.Finally,give the priority judgment and adjustment algorithm about the path planning problem of board solder joint detection with priority.5?Complete the algorithm encapsulation and design the human-machine interaction interface of solder joint detection and path planning.Then measure and analyze the actual precision of each component of the automatic detection platform of the board.Finally,joint debug each module and verify the effectiveness of the design of this paper.
