The Design And Implementation Of Evaluation Platform

Online Talent Evaluation Service is an electrical and automatic alteration to the traditional evaluation services which depend on pens and paper as their main evaluation tools. Due to the benefit of online evaluation service, Enterprises are disposed to utilize the online service to recruitment. This thesis describes the implementation of the recruitment and evaluation platform, the one is based on many years'experience from a management consulting firm.The innovation part of this thesis is the database design of talent evaluation platform. This thesis introduces an innovative and common data structure, which can fulfill the different requirements from a variety of evaluation products on the platform. Based on this design, users can feel free to use different evaluation products on the platform. The parts I have done during the process of design and implementation are as follows:1. Took part in the system requirements analysis and designed the use cases.2. Took part in the database design processes of the Resume module, Recruitment module, and the Evaluation module.3. In charge of developing the Form Operation Classes for the database tables of the Resume module and the Recruitment module.4. In charge of developing the Resume module; Developed all resume edit pages and all presentation pages of this module.5. In charge of developing the resume delivery function.6. In charge of developing the analyzing function of the ability tendency test report and report presentation pages.
