The essence of information security is internet security and coding technique is one of the key techniques about information security. Coding technique is the most effective way to resolve the information security problem, which is concerned and studied widely by the experts. Digital signature is significant content of coding, which can be classified into different kinds according to different standards. For example, according to the difficult issues which digital signature are based on, digital signature can be classified to the one based on prime factor decomposition, the one based on discrete logarithm and the one based on quadratic residue.It is briefly introduced that the development history of blind signature as well as its definition and characters in the paper. Two improved schemes based on DSA signature are described:one scheme keeps the character of weak blind signature, which means that it can be traced, while the calculating amount is decreased; the other one meets the character of strong blind signature, which means it can not be traced and lays a solid foundation for the application in electronic business, but the calculating amount is increased to some extent.In the last chapter, the improved signature scheme is applied to electronic currency and electronic voting. As electronic currency, specific agreements are demonstrated, which includes the on-line model, off-line model and the model based on intelligent card etc, and they are close to the fact and convenient to implement. However, the study about electronic voting began sooner, which is not mature enough. The Mathematic model of electronic voting is given in this paper, and it deserves further study and improvement.
