Research On Blind Signature Schemes And Their Applications

With the rapid development of computer and communication technique, the problem of information security is increasingly outstanding. Information security is based on the cryptology technology and protocols. The digital signature is a special result of information development and it can be used to protect the information confidentiality and authenticate the identity, as well as to guarantee data's integrity.A blind signature scheme is a protocol played by two parties in which a user obtains a signer's signature for a desired message and the signer learns nothing about the message. With such properties, the blind signature schemes are useful in several applications such as electronic voting and electronic cash. With the development of electronic business, blind signature technology is playing a more and more important role in this field. Blind Signature makes the information unknown to the signer, which causes more parameter and complexity of algorithm. So it has an effect on the speed of signing a message. How to design a good blind signature is a very important problem in the future research.The following are the writer's main research results:1, In the study, we at first review the various blind signature schemes and then make a description of their characteristics. Furthermore, we propose a new untraceable blind signature scheme based on RSA public key cryptosystem. It not only has the characteristics of blind signature but also has an easy algorithm.2, Through the analysis of two proxy blind signature schemes, we want to prove that this two proxy blind signature schemes can not resist forgery attack and both have linkability. And a new proxy blind signature scheme is proposed.3, As to the blind signature scheme's applications, we first introduce the concept of electronic voting and electronic cash. Secondly, we analyze the blind signature's application field in electronic voting and electronic cash. Finally, we put forward a new electronic voting scheme.
