The security of network information is closely related to the immediate interests of our country, society and subscribers, which only can be developed by technology power of our own. Among these, signature technology ensures participator's identification against malicious bugging and distorting, and plays an important role in protecting the security of networking communication. Digital signature is a very important method in electronic voting, electronic cash. It has been taken into much account due to its wide usage.In this paper our work aiming to such a challenge is as follows:(1) Introduction to the characteristics and classfication of digital signature, digital signature schemes based on a private-key system or public-key system, and the core concepts of public-key system.(2)Discussion of the security and structure of hash function. Its construction method, choice of one-way function and design theory is also involved. Discussion of Digital Timestamping Service.(3) Special signatures are key technologies of electronic voting, some typical special signatures,such as Group signature, Blind signature, digital signatures of receiver being undeniable, Proxy signature,and Multisignature and their applications in electronic voting are introduced in this paper.(4)In this article, the main requirements and development of electronic voting schemes are introduced, several typical schemes are analyzed,their advantages and drawbacks are discussed. We describe some electronic voting schemes based, on blind signature and point out their shortages, and propose a new electronic voting scheme. This protocol is based on the Elgamal signature project, it solved the defect that the authentic center forge ballot and been cost much time to blind signature. This protocol has all properties of an ideal protocol and also enhances the security and flexibility. It has practicality.Last we have realized it based on VB 6.0 in model.
