Along with the development of culture and economy in the world, democracy has got a perfectly developments a characteristics of which,secret voting must be carry into execution. Now,Internet's development provided election a kind of convenient, because the electronics vote can be easily replicated or juggled, we must prevent the malice or accidentally interference to the election. Athough much research has been done in abroad ,but only a fews work has been done in our country, the thesis has gived a lot of research and analyze to the secret voting online.First,the thesis introduced the development circumstance and foreground of the secret voting online, and the public encrytion system, digital signature, blind signature and the one-way permutation ,all of them will be use in my thesis, then discussed and analized secret voting c existed. Aim at the problem existed in current the secret voting scheme, the thesis gived a secure and practical electronic voting scheme of large general elections, which contains the safety, practicality, and suits for large-scale election .Finally the integrality justness, result accuracy, secret, free collision ,which must be satisfied by the secret voting are proved perpectly.
