In recent years,computer communication technology and measurement technology to promote the rapid development of virtual instrument continues to evolve. Virtual instrument software with many functionality and a simple hardware structure, highly intelligent and so on. This paper gives the virtual instrument is designed based on electrical test data platform monitoring system, the system capable of three-phase voltage unbalance, harmonics, voltage fluctuations and flicker and other power parameters in real-time monitoring and analysis capabilities with real-time. This article focuses on the harmonic detection method, voltage fluctuation and flicker method of monitoring done intensive research, design and complete power systems based on LabVIEW data experimental system, based on the LabVIEW platform to build functional modules. Which textual and graphical development environment can be a combination of intuitive data acquisition and signal analysis completed for the developer to save valuable time. Node by calling MathScrip use of data acquisition card, voltage transformers, PC completed in the LabVIEW environment of harmonic detection. Real-time detection of power quality equipment in the main program based on virtual instrument design, final testing designed to verify the data detection device for real-time power and accuracy.
