As the times progress and technology advances, real-time collection for the information has to meet more strict demands in present-day society, from the real-time transmission of text information in the beginning to the real-time collection and reception of video information subsequently also have to meet more strict demands. In this paper, the design of wireless video monitor and control system is based on 3G service development of mobile operators in recent years. Based on 3G services we can start our transfer applications from the IP layer without considering the transport protocol of wireless transmission.The front-end video capture and feedback processing are implemented mainly based on the DM6446 core board. The video stream that the cameras captured is sent to the DM6446 board, compressively coded of the H.264 by DSP chip under the control of ARM, and then we communicate with the control terminal system through the 3G module by the network of the operators, the control terminal decompresses the recovery of the video after receiving video stream from the network, then displays the image and also stores in a database for later reference, and posts it to the Internet for referenced by network users at the same time. Meanwhile, to meet the control terminal needs, we can communicate with the front-end acquisition board, and sent the control information back to the acquisition board to be judged and implemented by the ARM chip.This paper meanly introduces post-processing, the preparation of the video streaming and the writing process of the control software, and particularly introduces the video stream specific information which is received and processed from the network socket, the integrated recovery of the video frame information, the specific video frame decoding process of integrated Recovery, the image display issues after decoding, the regulation of video image display, the information collected interactive implementation of the control terminal and the front plate, the network control implementation of the control terminal, the information collected interactive implementation between control terminal and a database of information, and the specific writing process of control terminal software and so on.
