The Research And Implementation Of Surveillance System Based On SIP And RTP/RTCP

Video monitoring system is an integrated system of modern information based on security features, it effectively improves the safety of people’s lives. It’s an integral part of daily life safety system. In the country’s railway system, video monitoring system is very important information tool, it ensures the recording and storage of the information in each train site and along the railway. It can also make the relevant departments of the railway system be able to get the video of their regulatory regions to learn about the real-time status of the field.This thesis makes a detailed research for the realization and application of the integrated video monitoring system in railway monitoring system based on h.264 decoding technology, steaming media protocol. The structure of Chengdu Railway Bureau presents a complex tree structure, and therefore, the video image information of the video monitoring system also to transmit in this kind of tree structure. This thesis analyzes the development background and current status and significance of the video monitoring system. Then the study of the video monitoring system is divided into four sections. The analysis and research on SIP, RTP/RTCP, H.264 and AES is first of all. Then it analyzes the overall structure of the video monitoring system based on the tree structure of Chengdu Railway Bureau including the train sites and railway of Si chuan, Guiyang and Chongqing. Then it designs and completes the structure of the database of the video monitoring system. Then, it designs and completes the functions of the system.Finally, this thesis carried out the design and implementation of system testing, fully tested the functional needs of each department of Chengdu Railway Bureau.
