Research On The Mobile Reading Of University Students

Mobile reading is becoming the new trend of reading,university students are in a high proportion of readers by the mobile phone, the research and development of mobile library have quite practical significance. For the mobile reading services to be carried out,and providing a good mobile reading experience to students, we need to study the behavior of mobile readers and accurately grasp the needs of students.The paper discusses the background and significance of the reading behavior of college students; and then describes the current status of mobile reading services, reviews the reader journalism, combines with small-scale focus group discussions to build a theoretical model of reading behavior and propose study hypothesis.Then designs the questionnaire and conducts research to understand the current mobile reading of students.The research results were analyzed to form four great demand:"quality culture", "useful in daily life","entertainment","Study"; seven effect factors:"usefulness", "the perception of reading", "security", "read cost", "ease of use", "related reading experience" and" new things manner". Through comparative concludes the degree of reading needs and the importance of seven factors. Through the analysis of variance concludes that personal characteristics of students influence the reading behavior, the reading needs and the evaluation of the factors. The author explores the correlation between the reading behavior and factors,the reading needs and factors. According to the data analysis, the countermeasures were put forward to ensure that a new generation of reading pattern to be effectively constructed.
