Network technology develops rapidly in recent years and has been widely used in all areas of industrial produce. Industrial produce requires very high environment variables, especially temperature. Temperature is one of the most common and basic parameters in industrial produce, scientific research and daily life. By Obtaining data through the temperature acquisition system, the operating parameters of heating system can be adjusted in the production process and energy can be saved. The economic losses caused by errors of temperature can also be avoided.In order to meet the modern industry requirements of temperature monitoring in the production process, the paper designs a Temperature Monitoring System based on embedded network. Embedded system is a system with technology intensive,highly distributed, knowledge intensive and innovative, reflecting the most current new technology and advanced level.The temperature monitoring system designed in this paper is based on embedded network, it can be mainly divided into five parts. Firstly it introduces the background and the development status at home and abroad, The second part is the requirement analysis and design of the system, the third part is the hardware design of the temperature monitoring system, the fourth part is the software design, and last is the summary and outlook.The system function is collecting data circularly and uploading them to the data server. The operating parameters of heating system are controlled by receiving the control data packets downloaded from the server. The system has properties of high scalability, high reliability, fast response, small size and so on, it can effectively reduce production costs and labor intensity, provide guarantee for factory production.
