With the arrival of information age, the traditional management mode in China's enterprises has been gradually replaced by informationization management. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system as supply chain integration management system with the characteristics of huge scale, wide management of coverage, powerful function, highly integrated and large cost of implementation etc, has only get application in some large enterprise of our country. China has a large proportion of small and medium enterprises, the development of which can not be without modern scientific technology, but at present they lack a suitable management system software ,which can process various aspects of business, to improve its efficiency and promote development. For the characteristics of small and medium enterprise itself and development needs, developing a suitable ERP system becomes the research focus now. Q3ERP is a software which adopts B/S structure and uses .NET platform to do research and development. Its target location is to services in small and medium enterprises. Q3ERP system highlight consider ation of model driven and decoupling on the design. For the structure and behavior of presentation layer, business layer and data layer, I abstract all sorts of models, which is more conducive to division and clarify duties. Meanwhile, the decoupling is not only in the presentation layer, business layer and data layer but also between modules, which makes system flexible assemble according to each module to better meet the demand of customers. In business, it relies on FAW multiple parts enterprises for industry background, uses enterprise supply chain as the core, covers links of procurement, inventory, production, marketing, finance, costs and so on, comprehensive integrates enterprise internal business process through flexible configuration, reduce unnecessary intermediate link, reduce the cost and improve the core competitive capacity of enterprises. In this paper, based on the background of Q3ERP, relying on QAF software application platform, I use model driven, multi-layer structure, events of technical means to make requirement analysis, detailed design and code realization for inventory management module. First, system selection analysis, compare characteristics of structure of C/S and B/S, analyze the causes of selection. Secondly, the application of platform technology, introduce feature of QAF and application of key technologies, focus on model driven, multi-layer structure, events call realize service decoupling mechanism and principle. Third, understand the business needs, complete inventory module requirement analysis. Define the function of inventory management modules, including warehousing accounting, outbound business accounting, different processing, building business blueprint. At last, according to specific functions, carry on the detailed design. Use flow chart, class diagram and sequence diagram to realize the standardization design of static model and dynamic model. Meanwhile, refined services, decomposing problems can be helpful for future maintenance and function expansion. At present, Q3ERP system has already been as a pilot project implementation in FAW forging. Through the comparison with other systems, Q3ERP system is more comprehensive in a business function, more flexible on functional configuration in the background, its design of B/S structure greatly alleviates client pressure, convenient for use to install, upgrade and better meet the needs of the customers. Q3ERP system's implementation makes the enterprise business flow more reasonable and contact of departments more closeness, speeds up the inventory turnover, reduces production cost, improves the management level greatly and achieves high reputation from the customers.
