In the past two years, many foreign companies including some famous automobile manufacturing businesses have closed down,China's automobile manufacturing enterprises are seizing an unprecedented opportunities, blazing a path of vigorous development under the present world economic environment. We need to learn new technology, and have to follow the successful management experience. In many large foreign automobile manufacturers, SAP R / 3 has been used for many years. This software is very little domestic, especially in the automotive industry. It is determined by the characteristics of the industry, complex production process, production parts changing, parts storage locations and more difficult to produce statistics on the costs and other factors. It is emergent to develop a suitable software to meet the needs of the automobile manufacturers. The auto manufacturing enterprise fixed asset management system based on layered architecture of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planing,ERP) including rocurement management,MaterialManagement,Sales and Distribution,Production Management, Financial Management, Cost Management, Personnel Management and other functional modules. This paper describes the overall functional design of the system, at the same time, focuses on how to design and implemention of the fixed asset management module in financial management.ERP system is the management science and information technology integration. It provides comprehensive solutions for the enterprise, improves the management level of enterprises, and enhances competitiveness. ERP is supported by the information technology business process, which greatly have promoted the development of business productivity. During the process in the system design, by evaluating the amount of data from FAW Car, FAW Jie Fang and othe large automobile manufacturing business management, understanding the status and needs, and combining with industry characteristics, we made a further detailed design on the overall structure of the system ,the operational framework and functions.Through the implementation and applications of ERP systems, we solved the problems of product supply and demand's uncertainty, product components or inventory inadequateness to make cash flow. Considering the operational characteristics, such as sales and distribution module, and real-time feedback to the sale of the business within the demand for anytime, anywhere access to the system, we use B/S structure instead of the traditional C/S structure. The system in this paper is developed based on three-layer system, but also a more detailed separation of the layers is used. It consisting of eight layers: page assembled layer, page flow layer, data binding layer, integration layer, control layer, service layer, business component layer, data access layer. Multiple layers architecture as the core technology is the basis for complex business.Handling large volume of data will greatly promote ERP management system development and optimization.Multi-layer technology into the ERP management system can solve the problem of coupling between modules. To realize high coupling and low cohesion, the plug-in business models are required for the purpose of assembly. In this thesis, the multi layer structure of the ERP is introduced and the overall functional design of ERP systems is decribled, especially the detailed design and implement of Fixed the fixed asset management module. In full knowledge of the needs of fixed assets, based on a detailed analysis of the procurement of fixed assets management system and fixed assets to construction in both business processes and systems described in detail the design of fixed assets of the business functions, blueprint design, solid modeling, and eventually ERP system to be realized.Through business process reengineering, internal and external resources optimization, set distribution, procurement, production, finance, and service functions, this system has realized the integration of information flow, logistics, capital flow and business flow by integration of modern business management ideas and methods.
