The Research And Design Of Java Content Repository Framework

Content Management is the hot research issue in current information technology application field. Because of different vendors holding different acknowledge of the market, the products developed by them are all on the basis of proprietary repository engines. These difficulties exacerbate the complexity and maintainability of such systems, promote vendor lock-in, and increase the need for long-term legacy support in the enterprise market. With the growing popularity of content management applications, the need for a common, standardized API for content repositories has become apparent.The target of this thesis is research on JCR (Content Repository for Java), then utilize JCR into the 24^th Harbin Winter Universiade Info Management Platform, to satisfy the need of Organizing Committee for Harbin 24^th Winter Universiade during the preparations and competition time.This thesis has arranged the development condition of foreign and domestic content management systems, and studied the connotation and core technology deeply. Through analyzing the actual condition and difficulties of Organizing Committee for Harbin 24^th Winter Universiade, We have designed and realized a Java EE based Platform and integrated light weighted framework such as Struts2 and Spring2.0 which are open sourced. Completely apply JCR into the platform, Integrating JCR and Spring2.0, and obtain a repository object with JNDI. Design and refer System element node models which are fitting with the platform with self. In the same time, we have used Lucene to enhance the search function of JCR, so that the user can search the key words which are stored in PDF and some other file formats.
