Internet and information technology is leading and the promotional power in modern era. On one hand, knowledge acquisition, description, storage, reuses and innovation in repository is the key factor for enabling sustainable development of enterprises and organizations. On the other hand, the ideal repository should be built on the basis of ontology. Furthermore, the creation process of the repository is open and collaboration. However, the nonmonotonicity and nonconsistent problem of repository is should be even worse because of open and collaboration. This dissertation focus on the relevant problem, technologiesand applications of semantic wiki based ontology repository with the combination of Web2.0 technologies and ontology repository. The main results obtained are as follows:A bottom-up ontology engineering approach is presented for the existing shortcomings of ontology engineering approach. The approach not only removes the obstacle of user's participation in ontology building and the creation of repository but also saves the cost of building ontologies and repository.An open semantic wiki based ontology editing tool is designed and implemented based on the Bottom-up ontology engineering approach. Furthermore, a general mobile agent system rapid integrated development environment based on ontology repository is designed and implemented.It is discussed that Description logic is expanded by nonmonotonic and paraconsistent logic.Nonmonotonic rules description language in ontology repository based on RDF (S) is designed. Its nonmonotonic reasoning ability based on nonmonotonic rules is proved by multi Agent negotiation support system application.Ontology-based logistics industry repository is designed and buildt using the open semantic wiki based ontology editing tool, which can not only solve the reuse of semantic issues of logistics system but alse improve the logistics enterprise knowledge sharing and collaboration capabilities.To sum up, a bottom-up ontology engineering approach is presented referencing the open, collaborative thought of Web2.0. An open semantic wiki based ontology editing tool is design and implemented. Description logic is expanded by nonmonotonic paraconsistent logic. Nonmonotonic rules description language based on RDF (S) is designed. Furthermore, Logistics knowledge resources are discussed with semantic web and web services technology. The problem of semantic and reuse in logistics information system is resolved by implement of designing logistics domain ontology, text summary, rules extraction and ontology merge. The knowledge sharing ability of logistics enterprises is improved, which is the foundation of logistics industry informationization and the conditions of reusing repository.
