Research On Application Of Warehouse Intelligent Management Based On RFID Technology

Warehouse management in supply chain management has occupied a pivotal position. In the pursuit of speed and quality of modern life, warehouse management can guarantee to purchase, inventory control and effective delivery, otherwise the cost of their own will be lack of effective control, and the quality of service will be difficult to be assured, and it will impact on their own competitiveness at last. Compared with before, it's more easier to control the amount of business inventories and more efficient of inventory turnover rate. But at the same time, warehouse management operations and inventory control management has been very complex and diverse. It's not only time-consuming and inefficient but also error prone and making the enterprise production management irreparable loss while simply relying on the traditional way of artificial memory and manual entry.Therefore, the use of advanced automated management tools to achieve the intelligentize enterprise warehouse management has become a consensus. The application of RFID technology and intelligentize warehouse management has given enterprises new strength. As we known, during the actual application process, the integration of RFID technology and information systems of their own is the vital thing the enterprise need to face. This thesis summarizes RFID technology in the research situation at home and at abroad , and explains the relationship between RFID technology and other related technologies, and mention the necessity of RFID technology applied in ERP systems, and constructs the whole framework of the integration of RFID technology and ERP. Then I design and implement the information system which RFID technology applied in the modern business warehouse management process. Finally, I have an example of a regional tobacco industry conditions, and use some key system development technology to break through the bottleneck of integration system enterprise, and converge enterprise ERP system and RFID. I design and implement the tobacco warehouse management system based on RFID technology according to the characteristics and actual needs of company development. Meanwhile, this thesis provides some reference for Chinese small business by the application of RFID technology.
