Design And Implementation Of Warehouse Management System For A Food Production Enterprise Base On Rfid Technology

Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) is a contactless technology that identify objects automatically. RFID was born with its identification advantages of long distance, highspeed and strong penetration.In recent years, with the improvment of informatization level in all trades and professions,RFID is wildly used in Logistics, Vehicle Management, Anti-fake, Livestock Management, Food Security.We presented the theory foundations of RFID technology,concluded the application of RFID technology in food industry.and put forward the analysis and design of warehouse management of a food production enterprise base on RFID technology,and elaborated the demand analysis, demand correlation, process reengineering and system architecture.then we introduced the process design of warehouse management in detail,including enter warehouse, out of warehouse.car loading and grouping pallet.At last, we also accuately presented the implementation of warehouse management system,especially hand-hold terminal. The following is something innovative:1.On the basis of RFID technology,we analyse and design system of warehouse management in accordance with present food prduction requirement.2.For the sake of cost,RFID application of warehouse management end up pallet,but we need the information of every bottle and every box to backward product coming from.How to achieve digital management from designing process is an innovative.3.With the access to web service interface,we combine hand-hold terminal,fixed teminal with forklift terminal to accomplish system task.
