ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a kind of advanced management method and ideological system, which is an effective tool to improve operating efficiency. Meanwhile, as ERP is an investment with high cost and risk, its exertion on potential advantage needs a lot of factors, Application of ERP system in enterprises usually need to input many dollars. The performance and value of ERP are began to once again examined and evaluated because of the gulf, which is between the actual application and expectations the recent days. The implementation of ERP in performance evaluation has become one of the hot topics, which is concerned by domestic, overseas scholars and enterprise management. There have been not unified view and authoritative evaluation methodology in theory of implementing performance evaluation of ERP due to the differences in industry characteristics ,business size and Strategic objectives.This thesis attempts to find a set of evaluation index system and method,which is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises in China implementing ERP system performance evaluation according to characteristics. This can provide ERP project methodological guidance and help enterprise to carry out the scientific decision, improve the success rate of ERP implementation, and promote the process of ERP in our country popularity.This thesis elaborates ERP application status of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises. In reference to the domestic and foreign relevant research results, this paper firstly puts forward constructing ERP implementation performance evaluation index system adopting the balanced scorecard method, It can comprehensively evaluate ERP implementation of performance. Meanwhile, this can overcome traditional ERP system for strategic support insufficiency, overall strategies management so as to provide all sorts of ERP decision-making conform to the enterprise strategic objectives, reduce the blindness of management. Then use AHP to determine each index weight and evaluate comprehensively ERP implementation performance of small and medium-sized enterprise employing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, it is concluded several enlightenment through the analysis of the specific case of SF company.
