Chinese radio and TV career begans in the 50s of last century, rapidly develop at the behind of the Reform and Opening up. Especially in the 90 years later, with our country's continuous development of new media, there has been competition between old and new media together with the vigorous development of coordination situation. In this process, the radio host of practitioners played a important role in promoting. In addition, as the media for career advancement, the number of workers for the radio host with the quality requirements are also rising, which greatly spawned a radio host for major colleges and universities offered professional boom.According to incomplete statistics, there are over four hundred colleges and universities in the country with radio host or a related field, plus many private universities and professional schools broadcast the follow-up, so that the original is very popular in the profession is more a sudden warming. However, in this radio host school is hidden behind the heat, such as admissions system is flawed education system is lagging behind, such as a large number of teachers lack the urgent problem of these issues greatly affect the quality of student training. According to the survey, after graduation, many students in a professional radio host, while having a good external conditions for temperament and language skills, but they lack awareness of their own expertise and training, not able to explore their own potential for good To develop skills, the results of efforts to give up radio host or to marginalization.This phenomenon, so we have to reconsider broadcasting the auspices of the status of professional education, its shortcomings and how we should reform and innovation. In fact, as the Communication University of China (formerly the Beijing Broadcasting Institute), Zhejiang Institute of Media and other professional radio host opened some schools have earlier been the exploration of students in training mode, so that their students can meet the needs of the community. These schools are very experience and management we can learn from. Therefore, this radio host based on our teaching and employment status, from various angles on the analysis of the current teaching model, the research framework is as follows:First of all, through the radio host of professional education of students in the analysis, we can of their enrollment status, radio host of professional knowledge and background of students, the Curriculum and the current employment trends generally have a general understanding.Secondly, on this basis, we can see that some schools in enrollment, curriculum, etc. There is a certain defects and deficiencies, which mainly reflected in the lack of theoretical knowledge of students, poor practice and the professional is not strong and so on.Again, this paper present two more advanced mode of education that is broadcasting channel Class-building and education model to analyze the module discussion, hoping to draw some reference.Finally, these problems, the school curriculum, practice and individual ability of students to enhance the three put forward several suggestions to improve the college radio host for the teaching profession to provide some reference.
