Language is the carrier of culture, thus the language promoting is not only the need for globalization, but also the responsibility of the development of world peace and cultural diversity. Meanwhile, promoting Chinese is the need of the development of national strategies, it also can enhance our overall strength of the country. As the number of learning Chinese increasing all over the world, Learning Chinese on the net is becoming a development trend. Learning on the net is convenient, high efficient, able to transcend the constraints of time, it is a new learning model and useful extension of traditional learning mode. Used by information technology, Chinese learners take interest in learning Chinese culture. to eliminate the psychological sense of exclusion and distance, to effectively promote the Chinese culture.But learning on the net still has its limitations, learning content can not effectively spread, affecting learner passion and enthusiasm. At present, most of network platform lack of interaction and modern methods, can not make judgments and adjustments for every student, For each learners, they have the different mental activity, learning style, cultural background, existing knowledge and experience and the ability to solve problems are not the same, so depending on the learners to design different learning content is very important.Personalized style of the network learning system has some intelligence, it can know learning status, learning needs and interests at any time, and can adjust teaching strategies for learners on time and provide their well-known content to meet their cultural background and educational materials for their learning. Doing that can vary, individualized, reduce puzzle and the phenomena of interest. effectively improve the learning efficiency, so that more people join the Chinese communication, to ensure the continuing of promotion of Chinese language.This article first proposed the significance of promoting Chinese language and personal style-oriented education advantage, by analyzing the situation of Chinese teaching website, and comparing the platform around the world, Finding out the shortcomings of the current Chinese language learning network system, to pave the way before the research.The second chapter introduces a number of E-learning theories, including E-learning concepts and content, learning management system development stage, online education standards, learning style theory, individual learning theories. Learning management system is divided into course management systems, learning management system, learning activity management system, learning style management system. Personalized Learning is based on humanistic, to meet the unique needs of learners. Learning style management system is personalized, stylized learning system. He will be based on different learning styles of learners, cognitive level, hobbies design courseware for the learner to learn. Recommend them some suitable material. Its purpose is to enhance the learner's learning efficiency. At last , introduce the LAMS system, by introducing the LAMS platform learning how to design activities sequence.The third chapter is talking about the Chinese learner model, first of all, analyzing relevant standards of learners and learners commonly used theoretical models. Secondly, analyzing the characteristics of Chinese learner, summed up the effect of impact factors of Chinese learners, including the general characteristics of learners, Chinese level, learning style and learning factors. Finally, Chinese learners model proposed, which consists of basic information model, Chinese level model, motivation model, a learning style model composed of four parts. Basic information model includes learner's name, sex, age, nationality and contact information, to provide initial learning strategies or recommendations. Chinese level model learner is mainly used for teachers to understand the current level of Chinese language, give each learner to provide the appropriate learning content. Learning interesting model is the classification of learners. According to learners of different interests, we can recommend or provide learning content. Learning style model is mainly to test the learner's learning style, teaching strategies for teachers to identify and design suitable learning content.The fourth chapter main research interest grouping algorithm and system evaluation. First, introducing some concepts of clustering and transitive closure clustering method, and then talk about the clustering algorithm proposed interest. Finally research the evaluation model of the system, which consists of two parts, one is the personal satisfaction one is learning. Personal satisfaction through satisfaction surveys, through the four-level indicators and 12 secondary indexes for the satisfaction of learners, through the cognitive level of understanding learners of learning, then the two come to a final conclusion assessment.The fifth chapter is a summary and outlook, the paper summarizes the main work and inadequacies.
