Research Of Compliance Risk Management And Investment Appraisal System Based On Data Warehouse Technology

With the vigorous development of the fund industry, the number of funds managed by one company is increasing, the data of the business system is growing rapidly, too. With the increasing of the number of repords that reflect the situation of fund asset allocation, data source needed to make the reports is increasing, too. The data source showed a trend of diversification. How to integrate these data, provide an unified approach to use these data have become the bottlenecks to improve the core competitiveness fund management companies. In this paper, the data warehouse and OLAP (On-Line Analysis Processing) technology are used to develop compliance risk management and investment appraisal system of the fund management company. The main research work is as follows:1. Investigate the situation of the management information system of the company; Analyze the steps of building the data warehousing; Complete architecture design of the data warehouse.2. Research the appropriate method of data processing; Design an appropriate ETL program; Realize integration of heterogeneous data.3. Design compliance risk management programm, using J2EE platform; Implement automatic monitoring of compliance risk indicators.4. Convert data in data warehouse into the information needed to investment appraisal , using Oracle Business Intelligence Tools.
