As global climate changes, now countries climate and environment greatly affected, where the climate particularly the temperature and humidity has a great influence on the growth of forest vegetation, animal habitats and breeding.For a clearer understanding of wild perennial condition of temperature and humidity, needing a cheap, portable, reliable and a long-term and effective real-time data acquisition system for real-time monitoring.This thesis mainly content is a wild information system, it via the GPRS data transmission mode use the PC to remote control terminal machine MCU for acquisit temperature and humidity data.This system using PIC single chip microcomputer to control the temperature and humidity sensors according to the sampling interval set by the data acquisition, can also choose to manually click the button of data center control interface on a PC computer to collect data, acquisition of data sent to the PC through GPRS, at the same time PIC single chip microcontroller will take the collected data stored in the SD card in order to the later analysis and research conveniently, it is the battery power supply mode to realize low energy consumption of a data acquisition system.PIC single chip microcontroller is choosed for the lower machine of this system, it features shown in the development is easy, the cycle is short, the program perform faster, low power consumption, high performance to price ratio characteristics and so on.Microcontroller connected with intelligent digital temperature sensor DS18B20and humidity sensor HIH3610, coupled with the data storage SD card form of the whole system’s data acquisition terminal, can achieve the function of temperature and humidity data mass storage over a long period of time.Single-chip computer connect with GPRS module through RS-232to achieve the field information remote control via GPRS wireless network and Interne.In the PC using VC software interface display the corresponding graphic data, realize the remote monitoring of the field information.With these the whole system has realized the design of the wild information system based on single chip microcomputer.Because the GPRS has high transmission rate, short access time, provide real-time online function, according to how much flow to billing and such as performance characteristics.Collecting module of PIC single chip features, low power consumption makes the whole system characterized cheap, easy to carry, reliable operation, so that it can unattended for a long time of a miniature power remote control system.
