The Design And Implementation Of Medical RFID Read/Write Device Based On MF RC500

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a kind of automatic identificationtechnology by wireless telecommunication. RFID technology Call promote the levelof social informationization greatly.This paper presents the process of designing aRead/Write device based on MF RC500and gives an improved sloted ALOHAanti-collision algorithm. Read/Write device consists of control system, high frequencycircuit and antenna. In this design, the hardware of Read/Write device is comprised ofC8051F340SCM，MF RC500chipdesigned by Philips and antenna which is madefrom the PCB, and the software of Read/Write device involves the program of SCM,which includes the program of communicating with PC machine and the program ofcontrolling MF RC500to operate the tags, etc.The main work of this dissertation is as follows:1. Based on the analysis of the operation principle of the inductance couplingradio frequency intelligent card and its reader/writer, radio frequency interface circuitis designed by using RC500chip. Via this radio frequency interface, the radiofrequency intelligent card is powered by card reader/writer and exchanges data withcard reader/writer.2. Following modular system software design method. In software designchapters, discussing the design and realization of communication protocol, thefunctions of the various software modules, design problems, solutions, and so on.3. Readers-communication software is compiled by C51language, PCcommunication software is compiled by VB and VC++, Design and development datacommunications readers Communication Interface with PC, realize thecommunication by using RS232, so the system can communicate well.This article bring forward the resolvent of contactless indentify on RFID wirelesstransfermodule. Radio frequency interface, communication protocol and software,hardware modular run well. Integrate project, run reliably, applied technic, the projectwhich tested by pratice satisfys the demand of design.
