RFID technology has been considered as one of the most promising technology of the 21st century, along with the high-speed development of the Internet of things, the key technology of RFID research into in order to promote the core elements of the construction of the Internet of things. In RFID read-write device type, mainly on the market at present there are three types of reading and writing:the first is a low frequency, speaking, reading and writing, the commonly used working frequency is 125 KHZ, the corresponding electronic tag is also a special low frequency card, ano-ther kind is the most widely used high frequency read/write device, com-monly used working frequency is 13.56 Mhz, finally a kind of commonly used frequency is uhf, speaking, reading and writing, common frequency is near 900 Mhz, the read/write device in began to pay more attention to in the past two years, has been more and more the favour of merchants, all kinds of uhf heels, speaking, reading and writing device, among them, a handheld uhf, speaking, reading and writing, but also of stationary uhf, speaking, reading and writing, can read and write distance ranging from 4 to 10 m. In this topic, mainly tells the high frequency read/write device design and development.So far, the work is in 13.56 Mhz band (High Fre-quency) radio Frequency (rf) protocol ISO15693, ISO10536 and main ISO14443A/B protocol, is the most widely used ISO14443A agreement, support agreement ISO14443A card is one of the most common used worldwide radio Frequency card, not only low price ISO 15693 card, and each of its internal data area has a separate control of double Password District, High confidentiality. Separately ISO14443A agreement has been written into the NFC standards, since nokia indisputably NFC mobile phones, the major manufacturers have flocked into the army to participate in the NFC mobile phones, domestic zte, huawei has launched its own NFC mobile phones, anti-counterfeiting traceability has become a typical application of the NFC, therefore, ISO14443A become NFC standard communication protocol, but the production line of batch production for reading and writing, speaking, reading and writing from demanding, ISO-14443A agreement normal distance d<10 cm, above all, developing ISO14443A agreement of power over a long distance, speaking, reading and writing has great realistic significanceThis paper introduces the design of the reader in high power RFID ISO 14443A protocol based on 13.56MHZ. Gives the reader the hardware block diagram and software flow chart, combined with the experimental simulation, sending signal oscilloscope and signal waveforms are given. Processor uses the TI company TMS320F2812 of DSP, RF circuit part uses the analogous circuit, convenient for power amplification, after the experiment, the reader reads the actual distance to reach 40cm, meet the requirements of industrial production, the design has been applied in the domestic well-known winery.
