In the dissertation, the design scheme of the comprehensive platform of the data characteristics analysis oftemperature with IC card being the means of record and browse has been proposed,the flow algorithm model of the performance of the system evaluation has beenestablished, and the implementation of the hardware and software has beenexpounded. The platform consist of the real-time memory database and calculationengine of the temperature, the in-and-out of the controlled object that IC cardhas recorded and browsed, and many schemes of system evaluation, in whichdatabase is constructed with NET technology, possessing the database, It ischaracteristic of the simple and clear unitary design, the highly openinginterface mode, friendly Windows, Word interface style and embed developingidea. it offers one extendible, developable, convenient and practical platformof the military digitized weapon management and with digital real-timeperformance appraisement system.
