With the speed-up of the process of the social informationization, informatictechnology has permeated the various aspects of the social practical activitiesof the human being such as national economy, military affairs. The level ofthe application of the informatic technology has been a very important symbolof the measurement of the scientific strength of a nation. It has increasingeffect on the national security and the modernization of the national defense.As matter of fact, the successful applications of the military informatictechnology to the control of various kinds of instruments of warship, controlof cannon system and the system of the analyses and process of the temperaturedata in the computer room of nobody on duty, has a very great and far-reachingeffect on the promotion of the construction of the modernization andinformationization and the enhancement of the battle effectiveness of thenational army.Up to now, electronic instruments and equipments have amounted to a greatproportion in such military equipment as military communication equipments orall kinds of cannon control systems, etc., and the quality of these electroniccomponents in the equipments affect the performance of the equipments directly,what is more, they can cause the equipments to lose efficiency. Electronicdevices and components are all the sensitive functions of the temperature, theirdependability is in inverse proportional to temperature, when the temperatureof the electronic devices and components exceed the given limit, thedependability and mean operation time will reduce sharply.So far, there have been a lot of military and civil models on the study ofthe dependability of temperature on the electronic equipment, but there arefew of the theories of system evaluation. In the dissertation, the design scheme of the comprehensive platform of the data characteristics analysis oftemperature with IC card being the means of record and browse has been proposed,the flow algorithm model of the performance of the system evaluation has beenestablished, and the implementation of the hardware and software has beenexpounded. The platform consist of the real-time memory database and calculationengine of the temperature, the in-and-out of the controlled object that IC cardhas recorded and browsed, and many schemes of system evaluation, in whichdatabase is constructed with NET technology, possessing the database, It ischaracteristic of the simple and clear unitary design, the highly openinginterface mode, friendly Windows, Word interface style and embed developingidea. it offers one extendible, developable, convenient and practical platformof the military digitized weapon management and with digital real-timeperformance appraisement system.
