Improvement And Realization Of Enterprises Content Management System Based On Documentum

Content Management System is a software system which is between the front-end of the Web(Web server) and the back-end of office system or process(content creation, editing). As the development of the Internet and information technology, information is grow faster, Enterprises have a higher requirement for the management of information, documents in Enterprises, and which also contributed to the development of Enterprise Content Management and made the Enterprise Content Management System have a constant development and improvement. This paper reflects the client's requirement by adding a new WebPart component to the original Content Management System is improved to meet client's need.The Content Management System theory and methods were studied and analyzed the software module's development process based on Documentum, and then by analyzing the requirements of new client in the original system, based on the application of MVP (Model-View- Presenter) design pattern, through the class diagram in the form of function modules for critical analysis, and using Test-Driven Development approach to development, and ultimately to SharePoint as a front-end, based on Documentum's WebPart Components - Subscription WebPart. Finally, executed a rigorous manual testing and automated testing, test results meet the application requirements.
