The Software Design And Implementation Of Production Process Control System

With the development of advanced manufacturing technology, many enterprises utilize and develop Computer Integrated Supervision and Control System to increase product quality and production efficiency. The production process control system of large solar modules is an important component of FAS (Factory Automation System) in some enterprises. Its main roles are to track, monitor, product and maintenance of equipments.At first, the development and research of production process control system at home and abroad are introduced, and an in-depth study on COM component technology and Web Service architecture is done. Base on the understanding of FAS, the system requirements analysis and system function modules has been extracted by establishing the border model and system architecture. The design and implementation of FAS module, equipment maintenance module, production control module and exception handling module are discussed in details, and also introduce that the information exchange among the functional modules are implemented by using MSMQ and Web Service.Each module has passed the Joint Test of the system and applied in actual production successfully.
