The manufacturing industry is the foundation of the national economy and embodies the level of technology and management of a country.Advanced industrial products depend on advanced design concepts,advanced process methods and advanced management techniques which must complement each other without any being biased.As an aviation manufacturing enterprise,CF Company undertakes the national complex equipment manufacturing task,which is related to national defense security.In this sense,improving the level of enterprise production management is not only related to the enterprise's development,but also is an urgent task to support national security.As a typical discrete manufacturing enterprise,CF Company has a long product value realization process and involves many links.This has caused the difficulty of enterprise production management as "fail to see the wood for the trees ".The enterprise production management is hard to be controlled systematically and the situation is often like a "fire-extinguishing" type management.In order to strengthen its production management a nd control capabilities,it is necessary for CF Company to re-examine its traditional production management methods from the perspective of value chain analysis and visualization technology.At present,production visualization systems usually focus on a single workshop or a single work scene.It is rare to analyze on the visual production control of the complex discrete manufacturing industry from the overall value stream and make an overall design of itself.In addition,there are not many researches and explorations on visual production control in the discrete manufacturing industry,so the research in this article has somewhat strong practical and theoretical value.Literature research,case research and other research methods are adopted in this article by using modern production management theories,production control systems and other related knowledge,combined with value chain theory.It makes a research on production management and control status of CF Company,analyzes its technical support situation and the existing problems and whether the problem can be solved through visualization,and then analyzes the management and control business of CF Company with the value chain management and control theory,and finally designs and partially implements the production management and control business visualization system based on the value chain.The main tasks of this article are hereinafter: firstly,completely sort out the production management and control current situation of CF Company,analyze the existing problems,and point out the deficiencies of production management business and the existing information platform support;secondly,the value chain model is used to demonstrate the demand for the visual production management and control system of the target enterprise.The overall framework and system structure for the construction of the visual production management and control system are proposed.The corresponding functional model is established,and the existing information system of the enterprise is integrated to solve the existing problems;furthermore,the visual production control system of the company is established.Based on the development and construction of production management methods and actual demands,it is self-consistent in theory and realizable in practical management,and has achieved good results in the actual operation of the enterprise.The innovation of research content of this article lies in: analyzing and partially solving the pain points and difficulties of the prod uction management of such a typical complex equipment discrete manufacturing enterprise CF C ompany by using value chain analysis tools and visual control technology;extending to many aspects as the procurement,the production,the after-sale service,the cost management,the inventory management,management and control technology integration,human resource management,and etc.;eliminating the management inefficiency caused by the poor information transmission of the internal functional departments of the enterprise;improving the use efficiency of human resources and the overall operation of this production enterprise.The problem analysis and the solutions and ideas raised in this article provide the reference and practical significance for similar companies to solve similar problems.
