In the extractive industry operation and management of production organization optimization process, the conflict between the optimal arrangement of local production and optimization arrangement of the overall production become increasingly evident. Automation Equipment can play an optimization role in local production, but not to optimize the overall organization of production. To resolve this problem, the solution of management and control integration system for mine enterpris based of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is proposed in the paper.This paper first systematically surveys basic theories and models of MES, UML modeling language. Then, for the production process of extractive industries characteristic, ICV industrial control software is applying as the data collection tools of production equipment. And CI platform is chosen to develop system of MES standard production. Finally, for different equipment, kinds of corresponding methods about collecting data are designed; and a numerical example is given to illustrate the validity of the proposed approach.According to the result of testing, the MES-based system of mine management and control has certain effects.
