Along with the rapid development of information technology and the economic globalization, China's economy has been developing rapidly. After joining in the WTO, facing more and more spirited market competition, the enterprises of manufacturing leave the traditional planned economy, and gradually join into the market economy. Most businesses use advanced management technology to the whole process of manufacturing. They not only introduced advanced processing control system(PCS) to improve production efficiency, but also built enterprise resource planning (ERP) on business management. There is a bottleneck of information transfer between planning layer and control layer in the application of industry production, so they can not response to the changes of the market quickly. To solve the problem, there is a management information system(MES) on shop slayer between planning management system and industy control system.MES is in charge of productiong management and scheduling execution.through monitoring,diagnosising and controlling the course of production in real time.It supply real-time information,and guide production process,so that achieve real-time business information management. In addition, because of PCS, MES, ERP and other information systems live together and self-independence, causes the enterprise data information to exist in the different system, and results in repetition of the same type data information and even inconformity of part data, all of which will influence enterprise production. So, the objective of this thesis is to build up a reasonable and valid integrated information model of PCS, MES and ERP, carry out information integration between all sides, and attain integrated shares. At the same time, making use of monitoring on line of PCS and database technology,A more precise tool life management under MES is given.Firstly, analyze the related theories and technologies of PCS, MES, ERP and system integration, and research for their relation and the necessity for integrating aiming at discrete manufacturing industry. Secondly, making use of the technique and theories of system integration, this paper makes analysis on contents and process of the PCS/MES/ERP integrated system,and a available interface integration method is given. At the same time, making use of monitoring on line of PCS and database technology,A more precise tool management under MES is given.
