Based on the key project "Research on the measurement and control device for ultralow-frequency standard vibration system and its integration", the research on automatic measurement and control system for ultralow-frequency vibration calibration device had been done. This dissertation was arranged as follows.In the chapter 1, the destination and significance of the dissertation were presented. First, the characteristic of vibration transducers and their calibration methods were given, and the significance of establishing ultralow frequency standard vibration calibration system was proposed. Then, the present research status of ultralow-frequency standard vibration metrology at home and abroad was surveyed and its developing trend was pointed out. At last, the development of automatic measurement and control system for vibration calibration was introduced emphatically. At last, the main research content and aim of the dissertation were emphasized.In the chapter 2, the overall structure of the measurement and control system was proposed. Based on the designing principle of computer control system and project specific requirements, a general design schedule was given out.In the chapter 3, the control strategy of vibration level automatic adjustment was proposed. On the basis of key problems of vibration level adjustment process, the strategy which integrated the expert control rules with frequency shifted step-by-step was put forward.In the chapter 4, the automatic measurement and control software designed for the calibration was present. At the beginning, the requirements of the software were analyzed. And then the overall framework of the software was put forward. In the end, the software which was developed with virtual instrument programming language-LabVIEW was introduced.In the chapter 5, the experiments for the designed control and measurement system were done. The designed control and measurement system were tested and the errors were analyzed. Experimental results show that the measurement and control system is able to meet the design requirements.In the chapter 6, the conclusion and expectation for future research were shown.
