With the continuous development of the instrument industry,in China,electronic measuring instruments make huge improved in the field of high precision and high performance,etc.To ensure that the measuring devices have higher accuracy and reliability,the requirements for calibration become higher and higher.Systematizing,intelligence and automation gradually play a key role in this field of direction.This thesis adopts automatic calibration and testing software of the analogue signal synthetic instrument in this background.The analogue signal synthetic instrument of this thesis integrates a variety of testing modules,including oscilloscope,digitizer,arbitrary waveform generator and frequency meter.Due to the four testing modules with multiple input/output channels,which involve many technical indicators and require more calibration and testing items,have complex and tedious operation processes.The traditional manual mode or semi-automatic calibration takes a long time.To improve the calibration and testing efficiency,this thesis adopts the software design of automatic calibration and testing.This project uses the virtual instrument technology to design and implement the automatic calibration and testing software of the analogue signal synthetic instrument based on the software development platform of Lab Windows/CVI.The design and implementation of the software in this thesis can be summarized as following:1.According to the analysis of automatic calibration and testing requirements of the integrated testing instrument,this thesis determines the overall software design plan,divides the software into modules based on the modular design idea,and then completes the overall software framework design.2.Automatic testing module design.Remote control of standard measurement instruments using standard commands for programmable instruments.Meanwhile,realize the control of matrix switch to make the input and output signals be automatically switched between different modules and channels.Then realize the design of automatic testing software process,realize the function of real-time displaying testing results and generating testing reports,and finally complete the automatic testing for all parameters of modules.3.Automatic calibration module design.According to the hardware circuit,this thesis completes the theoretic analysis of calibration,and determines the corresponding calibration scheme for each module calibration item.By realizing automatic signal switching through remote control of standard measuring instruments and matrix switches,and adopting multi-thread programming technology,this thesis realizes simultaneous calibration of dual channels of oscilloscope,eight channels of digitizer and arbitrary waveform generator.Through the above research,this thesis finally realizes the software design of automatic calibration and testing of the analogue signal synthetic instrument.After the corresponding test,the effect of automatic calibration and testing met the design requirements,and solved the many problems caused by manual mode and single channel calibration,and greatly improved the efficiency of calibration and testing.
