With the continuous progress of modern technology,indoor air quality of people living room put forward more requirements,including ventilation is an important factor in the evaluation of air quality.On the other hand,because the Electronic Balometer compared to the traditional air flow meter test means,there are simple,high precision,fast reading,measurement intuitive Characteristics,so making the Electronic Balometer widely used in HVAC industry.However,there are a lot of problems in the measuring process because of the inaccuracy of measurement results.In this paper,an automatic calibration system based on Labview is introduced,which directly reflects the performance of Electronic Balometer products.Regulate the market,and reduce commercial disputes is of great significance.In this paper,based on Labview virtual instrument technology,and the air flow measurement system for innovative research,to develop a system to achieve automatic calibration of the Electronic Balometer.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The method of flow measurement is studied,and the flow equation is derived from the flow continuity equation(the law of conservation of mass),the Bernoulli equation(energy conservation law)and the adiabatic process equation.And bsed on the theory of air volume measuring air volume,the design method of air hood product testing system is given.The air volume in the wind tunnel is measured by computer data acquisition system and compared with the value of air volume mask to realize the calibration process.Finally,an uncertainty analysis method for the indication error of air volume is designed to evaluate the reliability of the measurement results.(2)The overall design scheme based on Labview hardware system is studied.Based on the theory of wind cover detection,the system architecture based on NI usb-6341 is built.And the inverter,AC induction motor,data acquisition card and other core components to do selection.(3)Based on the hardware of the wind cover detection system,a high performance air motor control system is constructed.A weighted PID control method is used,this method of control algorithm design ideas clearly,to meet the requirements of engineering design of the user.(4)Software system using top-down,progressive refinement of programming ideas,the program logs in before entering the calibration system,normal user verification by entering the calibration procedure,and on this basis to achieve the print output of the report.Automated reporting of automated production methods greatly reduces the workload of thetesting staff,improve the work efficiency of the wind cover calibration system.
