Automotive pressure sensor is the most important sensors in modern automotive,and is generally applied to the automotive's power system,braking system and safety system.The performance of it is directly related to the stability and safety of the automotive.Aming at the commission of the domestic automotive pressure sensor manufacturers,through research and analysis on the existing pressure sensor calibration system and according to the specific requirements of the enterprise,using modern industrial control technology to develop a automotive pressure sensor automation calibration system.Which has a high degree of automation,high production efficiency,can reduce the burden of human labor and other characteristics.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,describes and analyzes the current development of China's automotive industry and the automotive electronics industry.Specific to the inadequacies of the existing pressure sensor calibration device,this article uses virtual instrument technology and PLC control system provides several a plans of automotive pressure sensor calibration system,which both of check function and motion control functions.Secondly,design calibration system comprised of pressure control modules,automotive pressure sensor calibration function modules and data communication module.Using LabVIEW language develop PC software of the system,the application of the PC software in the system reduces the difficulty of the operation of the sensor calibration,avoid adverse effects to test results of human factors.In writing the PC software,research the application of ActiveX control technology,data communications,message queue technology in LabVIEW program.Thirdly,the design method of the system is the assembly line.The realization of motion control system is based on PLC control technology.The design of motion control system is completed by the research of PLC and touch screen control technology.Finally,through experiment and field test,the automotive pressure sensor automatic calibration system meets the needs of the enterprise.
