From the current situation of our water information technology research, information work of water conservancy in China started late, compared with the Europe and United States, as an important information infrastructure of the database building there is a big gap, as some of most prominent questions as follows: Standardization of data and common water, poor water a serious shortage of investment in information technology, the low level of water sharing of information resources. Digital Water Integrated database management systems, the water will speed up the information on the specification and construction, information products to improve water quality and construction efficiency, resource sharing, to meet the demand for water information, and promote modernization of water conservancy, improve governance capacity and service capabilities.In this paper, a comprehensive database of digital water demand analysis, to explore water users within the system under network environment, the large amount of data, the system covers a large integrated business database management system construction.
