The Design And Implementation Of Management System Of Enterprise Workshop Based On Oracle

ERP development pattern of the worldwide is showing a strong demand andrapid development momentum.80%of the world’s500strong enterprises are usingERP software as its decision-making tools and manage daily workflow.With the national needs of the upgrading of domestic industries, the traditionalbusinesses generally pay more attention to the management of the enterprise itself andmore comprehensive needs about enterprise information management. The hugedemand has greatly promoted the growth and development of the ERP.This paper mainly discusses a beer manufacturer used the Oracle ERP to manageits own workshop. Firstly, it introduces the situation of the enterprise ERP in thepresent and its benefits of Oracle. Secondly, after detailed demand analysis of theworkshop, the paper carried out the overall design of production workshopmanagement system and realize the system design.The main work of this paper:(1) A detailed analysis of production workshop for traditional brewery businessprocesses, the accomplishment of the ERP system-based production processes andrecycling application requirements, this system mainly is divided into the followingeight tasks: the generation of workshop machining tasks, the shop picking, workshopproducts tracking, the completion of the product and storage, workshop retreatmaterials, the workshop nonconforming product processing, by-product processingand workshop reports;(2) Accomplished the database system’s design of workshop management basedon the Oracle system. The design and development of the ERP system of productionworkshop, applied to the brewery production workshop.
