These years as the economy sustained rapid and healthy growth, improving people's quality of life, civil aviation industry has seen tremendous growth. An increasingly large volume of business, resulting in a busy air traffic control. The safe operation of radar equipment, is more and more important for flight safety. But for various reasons, the Central Air Traffic Control radar monitoring terminal is independent of scattered, is not conducive to grasp the operational status of these radars. In order to improve the efficiency of air traffic control system and self-protection, to improve the working environment, to reduce maintenance and security costs of these centralized monitoring and radar equipment management, it is urgent to ensure the safe operation of radar equipment.Based on the study and analysis of the remote monitoring functions of the Raytheon radar and the Alenia radar, through the acquisition, analysis the data of monitoring system and radars, a centralized state monitoring and management system was successfully designed and developed, making the equipment management and maintenance staff in the office through the IE browser to easily view the equipment status.This paper outlined the Raytheon radar and Alenia radar working principle and signal flow, and described the CMS and the control panel to monitor the field parameters,Then described in detail the design features of this topic, technical requirements and the entire research process and the achievement. This part focused on the status of radar remote monitoring and control necessary for system design, collection access, analysis and software, Then attached a remote data receiving, parsing and sending of the Software discussion. Finally, to sum up this paper, the application prospect of this subject was discussed.The completion of the entire thesis was using a standard design method. In certain theoretical basis of the basis of site monitoring software is derived, the method of theoretical, practical control system design process. It was a very typical study and had great theoretical and practical significance.
