With the rapid development of ATC, the number and variety of ATC equipment has a rapid growth, but the monitoring terminal of the device is independent and decentralized, nor outward providing real-time equipment condition data, without the benefit of many ATC equipment for monitoring, maintenance and management. In order to improve operation security level of ATC equipment, centralized monitoring and management of these devices will be a very good solution.Monitoring Terminal of Radar itself must be matched with the specific hardware and software, and cannot be outwardly providing real-time state data, so the monitoring terminal can only monitor a set of radar. however in the ATC there are lots of radar, and they are distributed in different stations far away, people can’t be in the same place for centralized monitoring. Therefore, to achieve the centralized monitoring, the most key is the development of monitoring terminal which is able to provide real-time status data.Based on the study of SELEX radar original factory monitoring terminal, This paper collection and analysis of data between radar and local monitoring terminal, crack the data format of the state monitoring signal between radar and local monitoring terminal, use C# programming language and.NET platform,design and develop a set of monitoring terminal which can provide real-time status data to the centralized monitoring system.The equipment management and maintenance staff also can conveniently view the equipment running status in the ordinary PCs which connecting office network,and centralized monitor radar equipment.
