The design approach and the implementary scheme in the monitoring and data processing system for testing Radar is expatiated on in the thesis. The system is designed in order to gain data of the tracking precision and monitor the flight test, when the tracking precision of Radar is tested. It provides a criterion for evaluating the tracking precision of Radar and correcting many important parameters of Radar. In the thesis, the electron technology, testing technique and computer technology are used。It is a integral computer data collecting system with outer-bus which contains A/D conversion, single-chip computer, series bus and computer software. In the system, there is a circuit to measure the width of impulse that is a few nanosecond. There also are circuits to measure analog and logic signals. It accomplishes the measuration of the tracking error of radar such as the azimuth angle error, the high-low angle error, the ranging error, etc. It completes the data processing by a mathematic method. The result of the tracking error is printed out after the data processing. It provides data for complete the flight test and assists the commander to monitor the flight test.In the thesis, how to measure the ranging error is introduced emphatically on the basis of the discussion of the design approach in the whole system. The theoretic principium and design scheme of measuring the width of impulse is brought forth in detail.At this time of day, the system has been used for half a year. All functions designed and performances are up to the need of the flight test. The system is working well and can be operated easily. The function of the computer software is powerful. It can meet the need of monitoring and data processing in the flight test of Radar.
