Secondary radar system is the primary means of surveillance of civil aviation, in the rapid development of air transport today, increasing the amount of flight, air traffic control radar more and more important. At the same time, air traffic control radars exposed a number of issues during operation, such as asynchronous interference, reflections, crosstalk synchronization, multipath challenge response and other issues, these issues brings risks to the safety of air navigation. Therefore, the analysis of these issues and resolve become very important. In this paper, introduce the concept of the radar and the development history of radar, describes today control radar usage of civil aviation field and future trends. Then introduce the kind of radar, a list of the advantages of a secondary radar compare to the primary radar, and the secondary radar method of measuring the angle and distance measurements in detail. The third part introduces the basic structure of the secondary radar system, the ground asking and receiving devices composed and working process of each module of the resolution. Finally, one hand, it elaborated on the false target reflections of the elimination method, through data collection period, the data obtained by the specific location of the reflector, then add the antireflective file through the command reflectors elimination, so as to better suppress false target. Other hand, synchronization crosstalk phenomenon MATLAB simulation, the noise present in the received signal wavelet denoising, then two overlapping signals separated, in order to get the correct response code, and to analyze the simulation results.
