The Applied Research Of New Military Automatic Test System Of Circuit Board Based On Virtual Instrument

With the rapid development of micro-electronics and computer, the electronic equipments of naval shipboard are progressing. The traditional maintenance and test methods can't meet the needs of the test of electronic equipments. It is necessary to improve the capability, velocity and precision of its test system. At present, Automatic Test System based on Virtual Instrument technology are developing in our country and have been adopted widely by foreign army. In order to reduce the maintenance costs and enhance the maintenance efficiency of weapon equipments, the Navy Department of Equipment puts forward the subject.New military Automatic Test System is constituted of Automatic Test Equipment,Test Program Set and software developing environment. The application of VXIbus instrument system lays a foundation for Automatic Test System. It is divided into On-line testing system and Off-line testing system according as the different characteristics and testing demands of Units Under Test. The basic theory of digital system is dark-box. On-line testing of digital system is divided into three stages:test generating, test evaluating'and test implementing. The test of analog line includes three steps:fault detection, fault distinguishing and fault prediction. Based on simulation of line is carried out before or after actual test, the diagnosis of analog line is divided into Simulation Before Test Approach and Simulation After Test Approach.Three items work is finished in this article. Firstly, the demands of BDS9210 Automatic Test System of circuit board are put forward and the plan is chosen. The hardware of DAQ is designed. Secondly, Using existed intermediate frequency power supply, synchro-director and the redone data box, it extends the functions of BDS9210 Automatic Test System of circuit board and synchro-signal can be test. Finally, the analyses of the PLD components, SDC converters and bus output module of C61TB circuit board are finished. Using the extended system, the test program set of C61TB circuit board is designed and evaluated.BDS9210 Automatic Test System of circuit board has fine performance in the test of high frequency, intermediate frequency and low frequency circuit line. But it can't test RF circuit line. It is necessary to design RF automatic test system so that deference weapon equipments can be test.
