Research On Development And Application Of Web-based PLM System For A Costume Enterprise In Wenzhou, Zhejiang

As Web technology becoming increasingly mature,the enterprise competitive focus comes from the cost and quality of the product together with the availability of turning to the ability of quickly responding to market changes in product innovation. Therefore it becomes the enterprises pursuing direction that how to collect all data of the product life cycle and put it into effective management ,then get different stages of enterprise staff ready to share access and reuse of these data and information through a user interface , so as to develop high - quality products that meet the individual requirements of customers within a short period of time .This article carries out Garment Enterprise Product Overall Lifecycle Management System study on the background of Zhejiang Science and Technology Plan Project 2008C11007 .That is"research and application of suits customization technology", taking a garment enterprise in Wenzhou as the main objects of study. Study contest is as follows:Chapter one describes the thesis research background and analyzes current research status of product life cycle management at home and abroad, then comes to the significance of study on Product Lifecycle Management Systems .Besides, the content and structure of this article are briefly mentioned.Chapter two not only gives the system requirements analysis, confirming the main object of study of the system of garment enterprises in Wenzhou, but also sets system development goals and requirements. This chapter also provides an overview of basic theory of PLM and analysis of Software Architecture of the system; Finally, I'll focus on the advantages of PLM system based on Web technologies.Chapter three formulates a system function and sets up the system function module against the demand of the garment enterprise in Wenzhou. In addition, it gives the overall framework of PLM System, which gives a detailed design to four important parts including document management, workflow management, system permissions Management and Database.Chapter four comes to the operation and implementation of PLM System in garment enterprise. The realization of the system is based on theory of product life management and detailed design theory of PLM System. I use the open Eclipse tools to develop with the help of J2EE technology, and Oracle database .During the demonstration of the system, I firstly introduce the actual interface according to each function module of the system. Later on, I carry out practical demonstrations, taking as an example the enterprise specification approval process.In the end, I'll give a summary of my papers and also look forward to the follow-up study of PLM System in garment enterprises based on web.
