The Design And Implementation Of Remote Authorization Management System For A Commercial Bank

The remote authorization management form can break through the constraints of the original authorization mode in terms of time and space,and can effectively release the pressure of staff.In recent years,it has been applied to large banks such as ICBC and achieved good response.At the same time,it also exposes the shortcomings of insufficient handling ability for business operation risks.In addition,the record analysis work for the past authorized business is not in place.It is more difficult to track and decide on the business after the event.There are still many imperfections in the remote authorization system.In order to optimize the Bank's remote authorization management system,ICBC decided to develop a bank remote authorization management system.The SSH framework and Oracle database are the main technologies used in the development work.The SSH framework is integrated on the basis of Spring and other frameworks.The Hibernate framework is oriented to the data business layer,with built-in components such as Transcation and Session,and realizes database-to-entity transformation through mapping.Struts framework has components such as Action,which are responsible for processing forwarding requests,and the relationships between components are configured in files;the Spring framework uses AOP as the main feature and is oriented to business modules.The data processing process needs to access the database to obtain business data,and the management work is completed by the Oracle database.The system implements modules such as authorization parameter management,authorization application management,authorization audit management,and centralized authorization management.The authorization parameter management takes the maintenance of authorized service parameters as the main service,including the association parameters,authorization point parameters,transaction authorization attributes,etc.The authorization application management includes the steps of obtaining credentials,credential replenishment,authorization screen capture,on-site review,exit authorization,text communication,and clearing the voucher;the authorization audit management includes functions such as starting authorization,refreshing pictures,denying authorization,voice call,and text communication.Centralized authorization management can query information such as authorized transaction details,real-time queue status,system log,and terminal software version.It can count the daily average and stage of business volume,and can manage information such as transaction codes,authorization center,users,authorized terminals,etc.And it can configure parameters,change passwords,and monitor server status.After the application of the system,the work efficiency of ICBC counters and authorized personnel can be improved and the work pressure can be released.The main risk factors in the remote authorization work can be effectively avoided,the banking business security is improved,the counter service process is significantly optimized,and on the basis of recording the authorization business processing process,the corresponding tracking and decision-making are carried out to provide powerful guidance for the subsequent remote authorization business development.
