With the rapid development of CCD technology, CCD cameras has been widely applied to various fields as the port of image acquisition, At the same time the higher requirements. has been put forward on how to comply high-speed signal acquisition for CCD. PCI has been the mainstream bus interface of computer technology, it has the benefits of high-speed transmission and plug and play.All of that can well meet the needs of high-speed peripherals. This paper designed a PCI interface technology based on CCD image acquisition card. This design uses FPGA as a logic control chip, the data collected through the pairs of SRAM cache, and then connect the PCI9052 interface chip and the PCI bus. Adopted after the completion of the hardware device drivers DRIVERSTUDIO right, with the hardware and the computer has completed the connectionAfter the completion of hardware design, by a large number of experiments and hardware adjustment, the design can make 1024x1024 CCD camera to achieve data transmission speed at 40MB/s.
