Ministry of Personnel Ministry of Labor and Social Security combined into the context of the Human Resources Department, provincial department of human resources and social security information system construction model was investigated in the existing framework for how data and applications at the provincial level centralization of human resources and social security information system has been studied on the basis of work carried out as follows:1 to work in the field of employment protection for the business needs of the business research and analysis;2 built a three-tier J2EE-based software architecture platform; object-oriented analysis and design method for the functional planning and process, data structure and authority, and the overall design of targeted projects;3 for the database, business and the detailed design of the interface, in this based on the realization of the system development and testing of delivery.System design reflects the thinking in the service management, system development using a video interview, staffing short interest information and other new technologies push mail, the system uses parametric design, modular design, component design, methods, database design and other design method, makes the system flexible and scalable, able to adapt to a variety of business approaches to ensure the system has a long-term use value, in line with future trends, the ultimate establishment of a unified human resources and social security data centers.The summary of exploration and research experience and results, companies in the industry at the forefront, but also for other similar projects follow-up provides a good reference and practice, the future reuse and development of the system has a reference, and provincial data sets provided by the system a model for the management of the Ministry of decision support provincial and municipal levels, funds allocated to provide an effective basis.
