The18th CPC National Congress Report clearly puts forward the missionrequirements of “Promoting higher quality for employment services” and pointing out thehigher requirements based on our country’s scale, structure, quality of human resource.Meanwhile, proposes more tougher challenges for the market supply and demand forhuman resources disposition efficiency and public employment services that how tomeet the requirements of the masses better employment.This paper describes the online recruitment and employment information system,which aims to solve the human resources market supply and demand allocationeffectiveness and public employment services, which implements online registration,surfing online, publishing the public employment information and other functions basedon the technology of ASP and SQL Server database.Based on the research of mainstream online recruitment website and the relevantpublic employment service web sites, this paper designs and implements an efficientemployment information system platform with analysis of the traditional pattern ofhuman resources supply and demand by applying the ideas of software engineering anddevelopment processes. Firstly, this paper introduces the opportunity and challenge forjob searching under the current situations, and comes out the background of the projectand the problems we need to solve. Secondly, we analyze the business process carefullyand get the corresponding functional requirements. And then, we leverage the casediagram and the function module partition method to describe the requirement analysis,and give a detailed description of system management module by function requirementanalysis. Lastly, we propose a reasonable process to implement the system.The system connects directly to the government human resource communicationmarket between the supply and the demand, which provides users with a direct access tothe Internet recruitment and employment service platform. It not only achieves moreefficient human resource configuration function, but also a higher level of publicemployment services.
